I may have a solution for you, but unfortunately there is not a tonneau cover that's going to work with a toolbox that small; the only option available to fit a tool box is the Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A62329 which fits with 19"-21" wide tool boxes that extend over the sides of the truck bed.
